The lovely and wonderful trio Mountain Man have a headline show at St. Giles In The Fields Church on September 2nd which will probably be swoon worthy to the max.
If you’ve not yet come across these ladies’ music, you should have a listen. The band is made up of Molly, Alexandra and Amelia; and their voices fit together like a dream. They don’t need mics or even guitars (a lot of their live show is completely based solely around their vocals), the sheer wonder of such beautiful harmonies is enough to keep you listening intently. I should imagine if they ever did a really long show everyone would start coughing in between the songs, like at the classical piano recitals, because nobody would want to break their lovely spell of silence that they rightfully, and completely naturally, command when they sing. You could hear a pin drop.
They are also touring with the Low Anthem, Jonsi AND playing End of the Road. Lovely indeed.
